An artist with an extraordinary career path, Jean-Claude Farhi has collaborated with people from the art scene like Pierre Restany, Iris Clert, César, Arman and many others besides. Using different types of materials for his oversized sculptures and columns (Plexiglas from 1969; raw steel from 1991), he has a unique style characterised by a range of geometric shapes and vibrant, often contrasting colours.
An insatiable sculptor, the artist today continues with his project of a series of monumental sculptures in raw metal. The majority of his pieces go to private European and American collections.
