Spanish sculptor – 1949-2008
The countryside and landscapes of his childhood, the horse and the bull are all sources of inspiration for the work of the Spanish sculptor Carlos Mata. In his work, he makes play with elementary forms and exploits the many colours, textures and irregularities of oxidised cast iron.
