Collection Afric'Art
A new vision of African art. Daum has been exploring civilisations since 1878 and has chosen its 130th year to celebrate Africa, this effervescent and exciting continent that continues to surprise the art world incessantly. For the first time, sculptures come from the most emblematic collections of one of the largest museum dedicated to primitive arts: the musée du quai Branly. With Daum, the black continent celebrates a rich and mixed history, influenced by European artists and also the stars of contemporary African art such as Romuald Hazoumé, winner of the 2007 Documenta prize.
