Grey and amber
- H : 24 cm - 9 4/9''
- Ref. 03957
In this piece for Daum, the Martel brothers take interest in Daphné, nymph from Greek mythology known for having tried to escape from Apollo, desperately in love with her. She is represented there before her flight and adopts the pose of an independent huntress, revelling in her freedom. The highly mineral grey-and-amber crystal recalls her life amid the vast forests.
